2. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
By opting in through our website chat widget, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Webfuel. We send two types of messages:
a) Customer Support Messages: Responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, project updates, ticket updates, and follow-up communications related to your existing requests.
b) Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, service announcements, and event promotions.
You will be asked to provide separate, explicit consent for each message type. Consent to receive marketing messages is never combined with consent to receive transactional or support messages.
